- Log in to TOKOK account and enter “Account Center"- “Security Center". Click “Disable" button in the Google Authentication section；
2.Enter “Disable Google authentication” page, click “Send code” and you will receive verification code in your registered email, fill in the code received and Google verification code, then click “Submit".
3.Reset Google Authentication please refer to https://help.tokok.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006528133-Install-and-set-Google-Authenticator-
Note: If your phone is lost and Google Auth. cannot be changed by yourself, please hold your ID card/passport and a note written your registered email, “Reset Google authentication" and “date” to take a photo,and send the photo to the official customer service email email@example.com, we will deal with the request.
But if you have saved the screenshot of the QR Code or written down the 16-bits key. You can also recover Google Authentication by yourself.
