- Log in to TOKOK account and enter “Account Center"- “Security Center". Click “Disable" button in the SMS Authentication section；
2.Enter “Disable SMS authentication” page, click “Send code” and you will receive verification code in your registered email and mobile phone, fill in the code received and click “Submit"；
3.Reset SMS Authentication please refer to https://help.tokok.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006422394-SMS-Authentication
Note: If your phone is lost and SMS Auth. cannot be changed by yourself, please provide a full-face photo holding your valid ID card/ Passport page and a note written the following information:
Registered Email + Original Phone Number + Reset Phone Number + TOKOK+ Current Date
